Default Camtasia question

If anyone can't explain why this is occuring it would be greatly appreciate. I have been making poker videos lately and on several occasions usually when the video last for close to 1 hour I get a black screen and a message saying
Error: no codec available to render this file.

Anyone know what that means or what can be done about it?

Thanks in advance,

devin

Strong,

I am really embarassed to say I don't know what codecs are or where or how to delete them. I apologize for my lack of computer skills but I would be gratefull if you might be able to explain where to find them.

I appreciate this help tremendously,

Devin

if you don't know what codecs are, you probably never installed them and that's probably why camtasia aint working.

Download and install the codecs I linked you.

For more info about what codecs actually are, check here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Codecs
