Default Woo Hoo! My First Cash....Finally

Ok, all right, I know it's no biggie in the overall picture but, for me, it was huge. I've been playing with real money for a couple of months now. I played with play money for a year before I finally pulled the trigger and made a small deposit with Pokerstars. Even with money in my account I usually only played in the freerolls with some of them offering rebuys and add-ons. I've mostly only been playing micro ring games and have done fairly well but always looking longingly at those tournament opportunities for a solid payday. Anyways I've been having a hard time investing money in any type of tournament but started getting into the super cheapies just to see how I'd fare. Well I'm happy to report that last night on Pokerstars I made it into the cash on three dollar buy-in. I know I played way tighter than I should have but once I accumulated a decent stack I was scared stiff that I'd blow it. I wanted so badly to catch a win, any win. It was way towards the bottom of the scale but I can't even describe the rush I felt from getting there! And now that I know it's possible I'm going work at better play. I'm getting into another in about thirty minutes and hope to do even better. I have to give this forum some of the credit for this as well. In the short time that I've been associated with you guys, I've picked up a lot of good information with also aided my confidence to move deeper into the game. Thanks everybody!
