lose the 3 iron and pick up a couple of wedges. you'd be surprised how useful all the wedges can be around the green in different situations. especially for as low of a handicap as you have.

How happy are you about your bunker play? If your happy using the gap wedge for everything around the green consider carrying a high bounce wedge just for the bunkers.
Contrary to others I actually think a 5 wood should bridge the gap between a 19 hybrid and a 3 wood nicely.

I think I'm ditching the 3 Iron and going with a a high bounce wedge and a 5 Wood.

Thanks for the suggestions all.

(5 wood, 19d hybrid, 3 iron.)

One of these should go. Depending on how old your irons are, the three iron is between 20*-22*. (Manufactures keep jacking the lofts so buys hit their "7" iron farther, even though its less loft. The Launcher 5 wood is 18*. Its a little longer so probably provides a slightly wider distance gap than the 1* would indicate. Still, thats just two close a cluser at that distance lenght of 18*,19* and max 22*.

I'd echo others with adding a wedge. It will give you options, especially for tight situations. If you have the cash, I'd look at redo-ing the above situation. The problem is that you are probably going to have to drop eiter the 5 wood or hybrid unless there is a huge shaft lenght difference between the two. Then get a hybrid at about 23*-25*
