TSCC Codec quesiton.

I keep seeing everyone talk about installing TSCC so you can use it in WMV (Windows media player) wtf am I missing?

It never changed it so I could play on WMV but let Quicktime display it but the sound is always [censored] up.
And on the TSCC website it says..... "This is so you can play TSCC videos in QUICKTIME" so what the [censored] am I doing wrong, or are kids just idiots and keep saying WMV even tho its not actually allowing WMV to play it?
