Default River value bet question.....

Villain runs at 21/14, seems kind of Taggy, How much should i value bet, are we folding to a raise?

Party Poker, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players

Hero (BB): $293.67
UTG: $72.72

BTN: $97.57

UTG folds, CO calls $1, BTN folds, SB calls $0.50, Hero checks

SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $2.50</font>, CO calls $2.50, SB calls $2.50

I would bet about 12-18$

Dont think Villian would reraise here, if he does i would fold

b/f 18$ seems standard.donīt think villain is going to go crazy with anything worse here.

Side question: If we are villain is this a good spot to bluff c/r our missed FD? why/why not?

no donītthink so as most villains at 100nl arenīt even able to lay down tp.

Hero did show strenght on Flop and Turn and the River Card is no scare Card. I think a bluff in this spot will get called very often.

I think it is a bad spot since the only hand that makes it likely that the river helped SB is A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Isn't it?
