All,

I thought the first ep was cute and had some good writing, but felt it was too gimmicky and would wear very thin. Still, overall, I liked it. But I was happy that after the next episode I would be able to wipe it off the DVR.

Unfortunately, I thought the second ep was surprisingly good, keeping in the same vein thematically, but not feeling like a repeat.

I am gonna be really pissed if I have to watch this every week. Maybe I will draw a line in the sand and only let myself add this if I dump Heroes.

Man, I can't even express how much I love this show. First two eps have been stellar. Easily the best new show on TV, not even close, etc.

El D -- Heroes over Pushing Daisies? Hahahahahahahahah wtf are you retarded?

That didn't come across as playful as it sounded in my head.

What I mean is, "hahahahahaha."

pj,

Hahahaha, nah, I just need to delete something if I'm going to add a new show. And Heroes sucks the worst by far of the shows on the DVR. I'm addicted to that retarded show, though. Could Pushing Daisies be the show to save me from that pile of turd?

I didn't think there was any dropoff from the pilot. Easily the best show of the fall.

And I also [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] the lead girl.

qft

Very cute, very original. Some funny lines in the 2nd ep, which of course I'm forgetting now. Also funny - dude rolling out in the hummer.

[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] the network for trying something new.

p.s. the singing went on too long. 10 seconds would have been fine.

Pushing Daisies feels like a breath of fresh air after swimming in a vat of turds that currently dominates network programming (heroes, prison break, csi, etc)

I thought the Narration almost sounded like a Dr. Seuss book. Which I absolutely loved!

Isn't the narrator, the dog?
