I live in Quebec and ANY girl I know that I meet in a club/party/restaurant/etc greets me w/ the double-cheek-kiss thing. Problem is always to figure out if it's air-kiss or cheek-kiss.

I say it's an air kiss, because she's putting her cheek next to your cheek and kissing the air by your cheek. Usually...right??
Or if you feel the wetness on your cheek then it's a kiss on the cheek from her lips. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] T

Depndes on your relation with them, in general all girls want to hug me, i don't wanna hug them. Girls love to hug in general. I only hug girls that im vey close related to.
I like the smile and nod, it's casual and cool.

If there is a specific or unusual problem of course you can ask for help but greeting a woman??? Have you never interacted w/the opposite sex before or seen other people do it at least?
