is the software different on any prima skins? are there any skins where it's easier to multitable?

Yes, the Skins have different looks to them. Sorry I can't help regarding the Multitable question since I usually only multi 3 tables at time.

The software is the same everyone it only looks different.

Not true---some skins have the betting icons in different places---between my girlfriend and I we have played at 4 different Prima skins and they are all different regarding sizing of the tables--where the betting icons are and numerous other small things that make a difference in your gambling experience.
