betandwin stock

Hi,

Would anyone recommend buying betandwin shares now at 25 EUR knowing they were at 100+ 3 months ago.
New law in US and losing their license in Germany hit them hard. But I assume they'll come back to 40-50. But I'm not an expert in this.
Any comments appreciated.
