i think this is a little too loose of an isolating raise especially with an aggro player behind me. if the bb is overly tight then i think its ok but otherwise just slightly too loose. if it was QT or you were on the button then id be gung ho. id isolate Q8o from the button too. Q9o is barely worth opening from CO (i do open with this btw) so i dont think its good enough to isolate a limper.

river is definitely close. i think i bet this too. if utg had the ace hed probably bet. i think you can fold to a button raise as he would have to be raising a set or twopair as a bluff and its just too unlikely since hes only 1.5AF. still though, if you fold youre passing up on nearly 1BB equity because calling is definitely close if not correct so its almost not worth factoring in when considering whether to bet or checkcall.
