wallet beat

left my wallet with $2,000(brag) in locker at school gym.
i notice i don't have it 1/2 way back to my room and turn around to go look for it.
i get there and the locker i used is locked up.
i ask the front desk if they can unlock it.
they say to put a note on the locker to return to front desk if wallet found inside.
i give them my name and number.
i leave and go back to my room.
i have a voicemsg saying that the person who used the locker came back to them w. the note and no wallet.
i cancel my credit card.
i get a phonecall back from the gym saying someone returned wallet.
i pick up wallet.
no cash.

WWRJD?

any merit in filing a police report?

even if they believe you had $2k in your wallet, they'll just assume you're a drug dealer and send you to prison

be happy u got ur wallet back. filing a report wont help. Thanks the guy who returned it. He probably isnt the guy who took the money inside. The guy who took it probably threw it away after he got the money.Blame karma lol.At least u dont have to new cards such as license again.

didnt really know i was carrying so much. i just won it at a homegame the other night and left it in my wallet.
