Default raise/fold

BB is tightish tag but doesn't really play a role here. SB is loose passive calling station type that has shown a willingness to raise against me but I've yet to go to SD when he has.

Planning on folding to a 3-bet.

We cool with this? Call down from turn instead?

yeah I def didn't want to 3-bet the turn has I'd be forced into calling a 4-bet and likely would payoff the river. I'd like 4 bets to go in here between the turn and the river. If 5 go in I'm [censored] so I thought the best way was by raising the river. That being said I think you're probably right about just going to SD after the turn raise as this guy can show up with all combos of the straights out there.

Do we even have enough equity to raise this?

33.333% { As9d }
66.667% { AQs-AJs, A9s, KTs, QJs, Q9s, J9s, T8s, AQo-AJo, A9o, KTo, QJo, Q9o, J9o, T8o }

Even if you don't include AJ and AQ, we are still below 50%

If he has AK or QJ/J9, he must figure you for AQ or AJ and therefore would fear check-raising the turn with two others in the hand.

Although he doesn't 3-bet the river without KT, I figure I'm behind here too often to risk wasting a bet on the river, even if I plan on folding to a 3-bet.

bleh, dont raise anywhere... Too many straights vs two pair hands...
His lack of a PF reraise means you haev to discount AQ, his lack of a flop raise means you have to discount J9.

It looks like QJ/QT/KT or T8 most likely..
U are crushed against this range.
