Re: Trip Aces OOP, flush draw on board
raise preflop!
flop and turn is fine. BET RIVER, you only got 3 left with trips aces and best kicker. so easy AI! |

Re: Trip Aces OOP, flush draw on board
I would have called it. You have to win this 1/3rd of all times to be profitable. He could have a lot of hands you still beat. Maybe he was slowplaying a weaker Ace (AQ, A5 ..). Maybe he sits on a poketpair he's not able to fold.

Re: Trip Aces OOP, flush draw on board
yeah definately raise pre here. um i dont necessarily disagree with your play on the flop/turn, youre playing it pretty strong i definately dont shove the turn here either huge overbet..
on river youre ahead of a weaker ace/pair but thats about it i think and behind a boat/flush obv..i think you have enough equity for a call here.. |

Re: Trip Aces OOP, flush draw on board
You're getting over 4.3 - 1 , so you actually only need to win a bit less than 20% to make this call, but easy call either way.
Always raise this preflop at these stakes, otherwise fine. |
