Default 0.5-1 full house hand.....3bet turn or call

0.5-1 full ring.

No reads on Villains.

Preflop:
Villain calls, 8 folds, I check with A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

Flop: Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]:
I check planning to checkraise, he checks behind.

Turn Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]:
I bet, he now raises..

Is this a clear 3bet against an unknown or should I just call down..

I'll give a hint. If he has a Q what does he do if you raise?
If he has a 97o what does he do if you raise?

You can b/f the river if you want, but I prefer to c/c since I dont think he is checking air and god knows what he will raise with given how this was played.

Oh and I think I would have raised pf and bet the flop.

It's closer to a fold than a 3-bet IMO. But I think I would call down agaisnt an unknown. I love show-downs.

Bet the flop!

As played, call down because you have no read and he checked behind on the flop. I don't think he has a Q here too often because of that check, so you might be chopping or even scooping against his attempted re-bluff.

Considering the extremely ragged board one could think the other way around too?

I was considering a raise preflop but since I didn't have any stats I just checked.

Why bet the flop? He might just fold and with a checkraise you can lure them into the pot?..

'I'll give a hint. If he has a Q what does he do if you raise?
If he has a 97o what does he do if you raise?'

I know where you come from xylo but I think he would call down with a lot of hands too.
All I can say is I called down, he also bet the river...and I still won the hand. And if I played it differently I would have won more.

What do you guys think he had?

I'd probably just bet the flop. How do we know that villain is going to bet our hand for us? Too high a risk of a check through when we just check the flop.
