5-10 hand.....valuebet river here with 77?
Full ring 5-10.
No real reads on villains. Preflop: Villain raises, 3 folds, I 3bet with 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 1 call, Villain calls. Flop 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]: 2 checks, I bet, 2 calls. Turn 10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]: 2 checks, I bet, 2 calls. River 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]: 2 checks, Hero? --- I 3bet preflop cause I saw him raise a couple of hands preflop, thought he was very agressive preflop. |

Re: 5-10 hand.....valuebet river here with 77?
Is this live or online? I'm inclined to believe it makes a difference... I'll never preflop 3-bet this live. As played, I'll bet the river against bad players and check behind against good ones.

Re: 5-10 hand.....valuebet river here with 77?
I don't know why you three bet this. I wouldn't do it live or online.
What I think you should have done is call pf and raise a decent flop if you want to continue the hand. I don't know why you would want to continue, though. I would want to fold the flop if it was bet and called in front. I could be way off and would be welcome to hearing a more reasoned answer. BTW, this is the last euroglot post I read or respond to unless you decide to give back to the forum and fully participate. |
