Default JJ preflop - Standard Laydown?

Less than 30 hands in so villains are pretty unknown, but:

MP is 38/14/1.3
CO is 29/18/2.0

Poker Stars, $0.25/$0.50 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

SB: $38.25
BB: $47.25
Hero (UTG): $61.40
MP: $82.40
CO: $44.95
BTN: $50.00

Pre-Flop:
<font color="red">Hero (UTG) raises to $2</font>, <font color="red">MP raises to $7</font>, CO calls $7, 3 folds...

Hero?

w/out any reads i feel like i have to assume a 3-betting range vs. an utg opener of TT+,AK? the CO just calling is also scary if he is a decent player, but i don't know enough about him. and yes, i understand ppl 3-bet much lighter than TT+/AK but w/out a read and me opening utg i tend to err on the tight side.
