Default 100NL Intersting J10 hand tough spot on flop

Villain is 16/3/1.5 over 1200 hands

Whats the best line to take here? On the flop after he cr me I'm putting him on a pretty narrow range, basicly
AQ,KQ,KJ,K10,1010 and poss JJ, theres also the slim possibity of a low flush draw but I cant see a low flush draw cr this flop

I'm not folding out any of those hands with a flop raise with th exception of possibly AQ and a flush draw if he has one.

If I am ahead here it's not by much
Whats my plan?

If you just take the top 3/4 of the 16% of the hands he plays you are 45/55 dog and his C/R range is probably way more polarized than this. So this is probably an insta-fold.

With those stats I think you are beat here and like you said if you are ahead it is not by much. I fold bottom two here. How often does he C/R?

how lightly does he call in the BB? Will he call 89, QJ, Q10? I usually 3bet here to like $48 and call a shove against an unknown, but with 1200 hands on him you definitely know his play well enough. If the hands you have in the OP are his whole range then I would 3bet here.
