Default Read em and Reap

Am in the process of reading the Navarro book "Read Em and Reap" and I am wondering what anyone else makes of the tells he talks about in the book. Does any one know if these are valid?

Checking for the leg tells is dangerous. I bent down to check to see if I could get a tell on this lady and she thought I was trying to look up her dress.

It's a good book. I realized after reading it that I was exhibiting some of the tells discussed in the book, so it helped me on that level.

That's probably the book's single greatest value. The book just doesn't seem like a complete work to me- feels like a heavily padded (but very good) magazine article. Package it together with Caro's Book Of Tells, and then you'll really have something.
