Okay, we're going to reduce the amount of time for each of the boggle to 8 minutes.

8 minutes = goot.
9 minutes = DQ

NO EXCEPTIONS!

You get two submits per round too. So you really have no excuse for not submitting in time.

there are 2 puzzles each round. I was thinking 3 minutes for each puzzle plus 2 minutes buffer.
