Default Tough Final 10 Hand

Hi All,

$3 stars rebuy, 2500 runners, down to last 10.

Sorry HH converter not working.

Situation is that villain in the hand has been minraising a lot and has not shown down any hands/bluffs at all. This is the first time that he has limped. He seems like a sensible player to me.

I think he thinks the same about me, although I have stolen a fair bit, and have only had to show one bluff. I've been playing with him for the last hour and a half or so.

OK, relevent stacks, he is 2/10 with 2.1m, I am 4th in chips with 1.6m.

Blinds 40k/80k/2k. Table is 5 handed.

2 folds, villain on button limps in.

I have 33 in SB and call, BB checks.

Flop:

A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] t [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I check, BB checks, Villain bets 180k, I smooth call and BB folds.

Turn 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I bet out 340k, villain types 'grrrr' in message box and then pushes all in.

I have about 1.1m behind and there is about 1m in the pot.

Call or fold?

Cheers,

Jon

You've flopped a set so go to the green. If he hasn't got an ace or hearts, there's a limit to what he's going to put into the pot, so I'd lead the flop here so when he does have an ace he'll most likely raise to protect his hand. Also, people hate being donked at, so he may call light but the turn can easily kill you action.
