Some don't even consider this real poker.

Seriously though, 2 - 4 limit is easily beatable in the long term for any decent thinking player. There will be some huge variance along the way as it might seem that some nights every hand has seven people showing down at the end of each hand.

Dont forget to stare down the BB for a good two or three minutes when it is folded around to you in MP. If you look long enough you'll pick up a tell.

Play some .25/1 online or Pacific Poker .5/1 or 1/2. These games can get you in alot of trouble if you can't fold big pairs. If a guy gives you heat even on weirdo boards and 5 are to the turn then fold unless you have a set or top two(in some instances). If you are still in the stage of being married to AK then don't go near these games or many low limit games... 10. There is the one exception to the "never bluff" rule. I like to bet or raise with position with marginal holdings if I think my opponents will check the turn to me. If my opponnets are letting me do it, I'll buy free cards all night long and let them think that I'm a bluffing maniac.

I wouldn't say "never", but I tend to be a calling station with A high on the river in one of these games if I'm getting 10 to 1 pot odds or better and am closing out the action. My advice for beating these games is quite simple. Realize that if you are calling the turn because you think you have a reasonable enough chance to win the hand, you are pot vesting yourself to call the river.
