Default Re: QQ vs. UberNit - HATE it..$5KNL

Call preflop. As played preflop, shutdown on flop. As played, river fold is good.

I am highly suspicious of AA/KK here.

the nit has a pair < QQ here usually

Why would an "ubernit" put in 1/4 of his stack preflop with a pair < QQ? JJ maybe but anything else is a stretch.

If this ubernit is smart and aware of his image, he will realize that a repop from him out of UTG+1 is obviously AA/KK, so he will coldcall.

This is exactly the way he would play AA/KK.

I just assumed when I read that post that poster meant to write > QQ and not < QQ. That post makes a little more sense that way.

I think AKs or AA are most likely holdings. (why he would push riv w/ AA when he's crippled the board is a little curious, so I don't know about that -- but he knows he's giving me decent odds to call) Might have hit a set of Ts. Never know now, I guess.

FWIW, he said after the hand that my QQ was no good when i asked.
