Default playing the (kind of) big stack in 6-max rebuy

I'm top five in a six max rebuy on ftp, but 283 players still remain with the rebuy period just ending. Places 2-15 all only have a difference of about 7k, this with the amount of players left worries me about the comfortability of my stack. Blinds are 60/120 and im sitting with about 22k. Should I play normal big stack here or do I need to open up a little more and try to gather even more chips in? Thanks.

You should not be worrying about your current place in the tournament at this stage, only the situation at your individual table. You will not be in the top 5 in chips the whole way; very few people win tournaments that way. You have a big stack, use it to your advantage, but it's after the rebuy period, so people will be tightening up.
