How long is it taking to go from your epassporte account to your bank account?

Their page says 5 days. It's been 5 days for me already...

I also have this problem. Can anyone confirm how long it takes for withdrawals, or how long it takes once the funds are "matched."

My experience thus far:

The Good:
Pokerstars to Epassporte transfer took less than 6 hours.

The Bad:
I am told by BillMatrix (a utility bill payment processor in the US) that my Epass card does not pass Visa's automatic address verification and they refused to accept the payment. Epass CS tells me to have BillMatrix call them to verify my address. BillMatrix refuses to call for verification, stating (in not so many words) that they won't deal with a company that is providing Visa numbers that can't pass Visa's own security checks.

The Ugly: Epass CS tells me to have BillMatrix fax them some info to have the authorization canceled and the funds returned to my available balance. BillMatrix does this as I'm on the phone with them. Epass CS states it will be 24hours maximum before the funds are returned to me. That was 30 hours ago.

Summary: Epass may not pass some (any?) of Visa's security checks. I'd suggest contacting the merchant before purchase or you may be forced to deal with removing pending authorizations from your epass balance.

I have tried to cashout from pokerstars twice now, and this is the response I have gotten from them...

"According to our records, your cash outs cannot be sent to your epassporte
account because it appears to be blocked or cancelled."

I log into my epassporte account and everything seems to be fine... I have sent multiple emails to epass, and have gotten no response.

Any Idea what I should try to do?

It took my cash out 7 days or 5 business days.
It was matched on like the 5th calendar day, but then showed up in my account two calendar days later.

Has anyone taken money from their Epassporte account and transferred it to their PayTru card?

I ask because I don't have a epassporte card yet, but I do have a Paytru card and I'm heading to AC this weekend.

If someone has both but hasn't tried, would they mind trying a small amount to let me know?

Well, I have had my first bad experience with ePass. I was trying to get funds returned to my account from declined transactions (which is a pain in itself), and they locked my account. Now I need to send the following docs:

A Copy of a Government Issued Photo ID
A Copy of a voided check
A Copy of the most recent bank statement of the checking account
A Copy of the Front AND Back of the Credit/Debit card used to load the ePassporte Account.
A Copy of the most recent statement of the Credit/Debit card used to load the ePassporte Account, which clearly displays your address (or a copy of a Utility bill with legible address, if not on your Credit/Debit card statement).

I will send it all, and it shouldn't be TOO big of a pain. It is unfortunate, though.

PBJaxx, I'm in the same boat trying to get limits raised. Faxed 2-3 days ago - no response so far. Getting money to and from Stars & FT doesn't seem to be a problem. Getting money out is turning Neteller'ish.

I cant see the ePassporte cashout option on Stars anymore.
I sent an email to support, hope its just temporary (they have scheduled maintenance shutdown today on ePassporte).
