Default $60 My play here made me throw up a little.

Should I commence check/calling at turn? Or even check fold against bigger bets?

No reads on villain sry.

I personally muck AQo UTG+1 at a nearly full table. As played, I think I fold turn to the minraise because it just screams strength.

Id def bet more on flop. ~175. If you think youre beat on turn then you can fold one pair. Kind of tough with no reads.

Well, I was thinking about a bigger bet on the flop but I think this bet is good, for multiple reasons.

1) If your c-bets are always half the pot, you can't bet the flops you hit more because it becomes too easy to read.
2) There aren't any draws to shut out. No one is gonna call you with a gutshot, no flush draws.
3) You're either WA/WB so if you have to fold the turn you've invested less. If you bet 175 on the flop you have to bet even more on the turn and you become committed.

I think it's either some braindead kid calling with some weak pair or TT, maybe JJ.

OP, mind PMing me the results if you don't want to post them here?

Fold to the turn min-raise. He at least has 2-pr.

Also, I would have bet slightly more on the flop, closer to 170

I actually think there's a pretty good chance KQ plays it this way, getting excited when he picks up the OESD to go with the top pair 2nd kicker. If that weren't possible I'd be inclined to agree, and I'm still up in the air as to what I'd do here.

Most of the points you mentioned that I agree with are pretty obvious/elementary. Pertaining to why I always would bet more on flop: If youre c-bet looks weak, it can easily be perceived as weakness to opponents, inviting action. TPTK gets tough after turn and river, esp with perceived weakness. Any scare cards and a LAG villain is prettty aware that he can steal the pot. Who says you have to bet the turn? The whole point of a bigger flop bet is to establish strength and win the pot.

**thought pot was bigger on flop, I'd bet 150-175, either way

i would bet more on the flop.

i push this turn. the J isn't as scary as it looks because you are still ahead of any hand that doesnt have a jack. it might have opened up a few draws for villian, but you are still way ahead of him.

the river is nothing but a push... you simply can't fold and you shouldn't check to induce a bluff... i would just push the river and hope he calls down with a pair + busted draw or something else.

btw lastas, if you dont mind me asking, what is your stars SN?
