Default Probably Basic PLO8 Hand (1/2)

I suck at PLO8, so forgive me if this is terribly basic.

It's a pot limit mixed game at the Venetian, 1/2, 9-handed.

Hero has A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3x 4x in MP.

Preflop
UTG Straddles, Hero calls, LP calls, BB calls, UTG checks.

Flop (5 players, 20): A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Checks around.

Turn (5 players, 20): 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Checks to Hero, Hero bets 15, folds to BB, BB raises to 60, Hero calls.

River (2 players, 140): T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
BB checks, Hero checks.

Did I play this ok?

I'd pot the river if he checks.. you're going to 1/4 him lots more than he's going to have 346 or something else that 1/4's u, and u might make him fold a better high.

Why didn't you re-raise the turn?

Yeah, reraise is the play I think. Very little chance villain has 34xx or 346x, so you're probably freerolling to scoop.

It was a 1/2 mixed game with hold'em, omaha, omaha8 and crazy pineapple, all pot-limit. It was playing deep and very big for 1/2, quite fun.

It was started by a group of Norwegian tourists that are there this week. It might run tonight and tomorrow night, but I think they said they're leaving Saturday. It's definitely not a normal thing.

And thanks for the comments on the hand. Re-raising the turn didn't even occur to me, but makes sense now.

Probably. It's player dependent, though. I figure him for a 6, and it isn't likely that villain is going anywhere.

In a game like this, you don't have to vary your play like you would online when you're playing the same people all the time.
