wTf? Why are you betting the turn? I like a limp from MP w/ 88 , esp. if UTG is limping in. You bet the flop hard, he calls oop (most likely w/ AX or a Q) and you're done. The second Q is a terrible bluff card for you on the turn. I think a check here is mandatory. If he's that tight I'd putem on AJ or better, possibly a PP but that tight.. he's not calling a PP OoP to a pot size bet on the flop. Chk the turn, fold to bet on river.

have you noticed how often/what kind of hands he's been limping? usually guys like this will limp small pairs, suited As and middle suited connectors.

flop bet is fine. i'd check the turn and give up though. he's not folding a better hand, if he has some kind of flush draw, i doubt he bluffs the river when he misses. so you might be able to show down your hand and win.

I don't see much value here except maybe from and flush draw. If the turn bet is a bluff I don't think it works the majority of the time. If he folds you are probably ahead.

people who limp UTG w/ Ax and call a raise oop do not fold when they hit their A

i'd agree w/you if this guy was 3b5/10, but him being 15/10, i'm sure the double barrel will work less often.

I actually like it. I could easily see this working if he limp/called w/ a suited connector and having clubs (he probably calls, but you can take a free SD and win) or if he's "keeping you honest" with a smallish pair. I don't think there's much hope of him folding AX (except maybe übercrap like A2 or A3) now that the board pairs though.

these guys tend to be so bad at value betting though, so I'd rather check turn and call a river blank.
