Default Help on a Hand

Needed to post this to see what response there is. didn't have much of a read on the villian as he had not been at the table long and only played a few hands that he never showed down. Comments on all streets welcome.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (9 handed) converter

UTG ($57.80)
UTG+1 ($48.75)
MP1 ($28.70)
MP2 ($37.15)
Hero ($44.50)
CO ($14.05)
Button ($48.95)
SB ($6.25)
BB ($70.75)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls $0.50, 1 fold, MP2 calls $0.50, Hero raises to $2, 3 folds, BB calls $1.50, UTG+1 folds, MP2 calls $1.50.

Raise more? Less? Not at all?

Flop: ($6.75) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, MP2 bets $3.5, Hero raises to $13, BB folds, MP2 calls $9.50.

Turn: ($32.75) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP2 bets $15, Hero?

Thanks

I would put him all in on the turn (he only has like 7 bucks left after the turn raise) and if u dont put him on KT or 7T (highly doubtful) then u got a few out to get the backdoor nut flush.

well, considering you have the nut flush draw at this point, and the full house draw, or you could have the best hand, you should put him all in. That's what I would do.

Hmm, lets do the math. If he has the flush already: (12 hearts- 2 in his hand - 3 on the board - 1 in your hand = 6)

2 aces+ 2 tens= 4 outs. You have 10 outs all together (assuming that you fear the flush)

52-4-4-10= 34/10 = 3.4-1

He has about 7 bucks left. So, 15+7= $22 to try to win the $67.75 in the pot right now. You're getting a good price, so you may aswell push.

I assume he doesnt have a T since I dont think he would have called a raise with a T in his hand with other callers. I probably put him on KQ offsuit, since his hand wasn't really strong enough to raise on when he first entered the pot. He would have probably raised with AK. However, I wouldnt count out the possiblity of him playing J10

I find a fold here. However there are a couple of other points to address in the hand altogether.

OP, you should be reloading very frequently, so you can get the maximum value from your monsters. Usually I reload after every round of the blinds, and after every pot I willingly enter. Secondly, raise more preflop. 3xBB + 1BB/limper, so your preflop raise should have been in the neighborhood of $3.

Flop action:
The good: You made a great flop raise into a weak bet into you.
The bad: MP2 bet into the pf raiser, and called his raise.

Turn Action:
The Bad: MP2 commits the rest of his stack into the pot when flush and boat draws hit.
The Awful: You still have a one pair hand, may be drawing to 4 outs, and getting essentially worse than 3:1 odds.

Foldamundo.

Thanks for all the replies

With the preflop raise and the flop raise that he called I had to believe he had me beat and I folded.

He didn't show but said later he had KT for the boat.

If I could have put him on the flush only I think I call but But I was worried about the Boat with his calls.

Later on I saw him make some serious bluffs against some small stacks that got called and shown but I don't know if he was doing that here as I could stack him.

Thanks

Zaph

Raise more preflop. After that, I'm probably pushing the turn.
