hand 1: fine
hand 2: the turn might be a good spot to check for pot control, but I think you should fold as played. IMO you're beat more often than not, but of course a read would help.
hand 3: I don't know if a raise really has any value here preflop, it depends on the limpers looseness I guess. I try to keep the pot small OOP with a hand like this which has reverse implied odds and is generally pretty marginal 4-way. Flop is good. As for the turn...

Time out. Here's your problem on the turn:
1. The pot is big
2. You don't know if you're pot committed (you probably shouldn't be)
3. You know nothing about his hand

If you didn't raise preflop, you can get away from this hand more easily. After all, you don't really want to get your whole stack in with a pair of tens (second pair!) I hope, so you shouldn't raise preflop into 3 callers with ATo, OOP. At the risk of being mistaken, let me clarify. If it is folded to you in the CO or what have you, ATo is an easy raise. You will often win the pot outright, but if not then you will often get to play a pot heads up, in position, where ATo plays well. You can control the size of the pot and generally "play better." However, in a multi-way situation, ATo is not so good because you are only really happy if you make two pair or a straight, and in that case, wouldn't you rather have a nice suited connector or pocket pair instead? Of course you would.

The point of this is that by raising preflop OOP, you have turned ATo into a "big pot hand." Every penny you put into the pot should mean that you're more inclined to see the showdown, especially at the beginning when such bets will be multiplied by each player in the pot.

Enough about that. What can you do to figure out his hand now? Not much. However, you still have second pair, and you should have a healthy respect for the fact that he called your flop bet. When he calls your turn bet, most likely:
1. He has a flush draw, and possibly hit his queen
2. He flopped a pair of tens
3. He has a straight draw (unlikely)
4. He had you smoked on the flop (two pair/set)
Basically, your river bet will never get called by a worse hand, and will never get a better hand to fold. Thus it is a losing bet.

I actually like hand 3 a lot as an instructive hand, in case you can't tell. Kinda made me realize that I might have learned a thing or two about this game.
