pahud making full tilt run like a bag of rocks

delayed sound, slow deal, lag with everything i do. close it, runs fine. suggestions? just started last night.

I never used PAHUD, but u could use Realtime HUD until you figure out PA. Realtime is free, by MikeChops here at 2+2. I like it a lot.
