Default Running/Lifting and Protien shakes...

Basically I lift differnt things everyday and then run. I dont know exactly how much benefit, if any, is gained from drinking a shake after lifting. However I do know that it needs to be drank within a 1/2 hr of the lifting. Is there anyway to achieve this without making running essentially impossible due to cramps and such?

Is the protien even worth fretting over?

Thanks

maybe drink just a very little bit and then run?

If that's still uncomfortable I say just skip the shake and drink it after. It's not THAT important.

Probably not worth it. No real reason to drink the shake after lifting assuming you are eating well/correctly.

Most people want to just be able to buy something that will give them results, unfortunately it just takes hard work in the gym.
