It seems like the difficulty orgasming might be a side effect for some people. Searching, I found this note that sounds a lot like my experience (I'm not sure how big my Viagra were, but if they were 50mg, I took 100mg too, twice the 50mg recommendation):

Hmmm, looking at the ones I have and pics of Viagra on the internet, I have knockoffs. No Pfizer or 50mg imprints on them. They appear to be 50mg though by the looks of things.
