I would have raised the river around what you did.

Turn is not my favorite; I'd generally just bet the flop. I think you have to fold now. His little scheme worked and I doubt he's doing this with a lesser King or air.

the reason I check behind the flop is that a c-bet doesn't work very often on a 7-high flop and checking behind can make my hand look stronger, so now I expect him to put me on an overpair when I raise the turn.

An overpair wont be afraid of getting it's c-bet raised or will it check behind giving a free card with a flush draw on that flop.

A 4$ min bet, very odd. How was this player played nut hands previously? It's either a full house or a busted draw. I'm guessing since I know nothing about the player (other than He/She is a weak player for making a river bet of min)that a 4$ bet was an attempt to keep the pot cheap. The player would doubtfully put you on an overpair, since you checked the flop. The player made a stop n go river bet, which is very odd. I think that you should have made the continuation bet on the flop. I guess it would depend on how much you know about this player, because I'm sure the player knew you were betting with overcards on the turn.

I'd probably just call the turn. I don't think he's bet/folding much that you beat, and I think your hand is good a ton.

As played, river raise looks good, and I probably fold to the push.

Your hand looks like air, or a big hand. He could be rebluffing, but wouldn't he just make his move on the turn, if that was the idea? If he has less than your hand, he can't really be re-raising for value unless he has a random KQ/KJ[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], in which case it's still pretty damn thin.

Ian,

In regards to the flop check...

On a 732 flop you might not be able to take it down with one bet on the flop....thats where barrelling again becomes profitable.
