hate to make it about race but... kick out all the white girls. Seriously, watching nearly any of the white girls perform after any of the black girls is going from a professional concert to a sorority karaoke bar.

I don't know the names.... 2 white girls did OK... but still not in the league as the powerhouse african american performers.... the girl who studied voice and the girl with the dyejob.

They can boot the rest of the white girls and save everyone some time.

The VFTW people seem to come out in force early, like yesterday with Sundance being #1 for a while. Not sure why the picked Sundance, he is genuinely not that bad - we are expecting something big from him because of his audition but he keeps being mediocre. There are probably at least a few contestants much worse and more bland than him. Antonella is at least hot but she is awful, I guarantee that's where those votes are coming from. If she makes top 12, she'll be done early...and she is now a nonfactor in gambling.

i didn't see it, but how bad was antonella? i think a problem with auditions is someone can practice a perfect song for a year. people in my office think i'm better than lou rawls on parts of "you'll never find... as long as you live..." but i'm beyond horrible in general. i think anotolla is like that.

i could really get behind lakisha... i liked matisa but i think she really pushed some attitude. and i liked how down to earth lakisha was when they asked her about regrets if she went home.

does alaina alexander really have zero percent when the next three have 6.7, 8.6 and 9.2. seems unlikely, unless i have a computer error, and i think alot would like alaina even if i don't.

Meh, I thought she was one of the best but she was like 'trying too hard' to be good, or something like that. It didn't feel genuine to me, like Melinda and Lakisha, for some reason. She was third best to me after those 2, though.
