I think it will end up being a career award for McFadden. What he has done for Arkansas is simply amazing. That being said, if Tebow puts up another stellar season next year he is basically a lock in 2008. Its as much of a career award or best player on the best team award than the most outstanding player. Why would it change this year?

How about McFadden now?

his performance @ LSU today was superb... Arkansas doesn't win 4 games w/out him

You must have missed the beginning of the game when he tried his best to give it away.

Have to say, I underrated Felix Jones a little bit. I'm kind of mad at myself that I briefly took him out of my Top Ten. When he gets the ball, he makes a lot of big plays. End of story.

If Tebow doesn't win this award, it will be even more of a joke than it already is.

Especially after yesterday, one of his best performances yet vs a decent FSU defense. He had some amazing plays, too bad it was overshadowed by other games.

I think what might hurt him is that everyone got to see McFadden run over LSU, everyone saw Chase Daniels, but Tebow didn't get to showcase himself in his last game because the UT-UK game went into the 2nd quarter of the UF-FSU game. I think that might hurt Tebow some.

Yeah, certainly worrisome. I'm getting flashbacks of Crouch > Grossman.

That said, TT is getting way more respect around the country than Rex ever did that year.

Still the highest rated starting QB: Sam Bradford.

Also, TT played most of the 2nd half with a broken right hand, not his throwing hand but still awesome.
