I like to raise the flop and see where I stand. If he has two overs he will likely fold. If he calls he will mostly likely check the turn to you which you can also check if you want to slow down. He will also probably check the river to you fearing you are trying to trap him with a check on the turn.

I think u played it perfect.Raising the flop comits u to the pot and not many worse hands will call.The river call looks good too.

w/ position and LP limp I probably raise this pre. As played tho, I raise the flop as MP+3 can be firing any many pocket pairs here, JT, air. There are too many cards that can come on the turn that make you question whether your hand is good anymore.
