Good episode.

Best part of the episode was finding out that stupid mom from the other office quit.

So what was the whole significance of the conversation between Pam and Roy? He was right about Mexico? WTF does that mean? Are they destined to get married?

Are Jim and Pam 100% done?

I think Roy was making a joke/flirting with Pam, that's all. I hope we don't see them hook back up, that would make me supersad.

The dynamic between Jim and Pam is a crucial part of the show. I really think it is the aspect that puts it into the pantheon of great sitcoms.

Obviously it is not over, it will never be over. I doubt we'll see anything REAL between them for at least another season... although one can assume there will be a lot of hints and tension.

Just last week (maybe it was two weeks ago?) there was a metaphor for Jim wanting to move on and forget the past (the joke on Michael representing his love for Pam), and the end of the episode he decides that the past (the joke, Pam) is what would really make him happy.

Whats up with the show pulling a 180 on Roy's character this season?
The first two seasons they made out to be a complete douche, now they show him in a completely different light.

We see Roy almost exclusively with Pam. In seasons 1 and 2, they were in a long, go nowhere fast relationship. They're comfortable and obviously not madly in love (long engagement, no wedding date). He acts more like a douche when he's afraid of loosing her in season 2.

Now, he's trying to win her back, so he is a much nicer character.

IMHO, Roy has shown characteristics of someone in those stages of a relationship very well.

I agree... I never thought I'd say this, but I'm kinda rooting for Roy now that he seems to be a changed man. I honestly don't know if I want to see Pam and Jim together.

This show makes me laugh out loud multiple times in every episode. I cannot say that about any other show right now. It is AMAZING!

I thought what was interesting was for the first time in 2.5 years we get to see pam's real feelings for jim.
