Pfizer didn't really have anything I wanted today, so I just went with a standard bacon cheeseburger, fries, diet coke and side caesar salad ~ $9.30

Two double cheeseburgers with no pickles from McDonald's and a small Mr. Pibb with light ice.

Dog I'm broke.

Houston: Christian's Tailgate in midtown.

4 piece chicken strips with fries and honey mustard sauce and root beer. ~$7.50 with tax.

Was awesome as usual. Usually I get their burger , which, imo is the best in Houston.

god, i had to be in Inglewood...IngleWOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so i hit a place i haven't been to since i was a kid in the midwest...Churchs Chicken- didn't even know we had those here in LA-- guess you have to go to right part of town. Not going back b/c it was bland and they don't have any butter- ever!!! WTFFFFFF!!!?? So i ask, what do i put on my biscut? From behind bullet proof glass, he said "honey". I also had to eat my corn on the cob w/NO butter! Then i look at the lovely 'food' artwork hanging in the dining area and guess what is pictured on the corn on the cob??? Freakin bigass pat of butter! I was irked! But all in all, you can't go wrong with fried chicken, mashed potatoes & cole slaw too bad..my tummy was full. And a large diet coke.

People have remarked on what I order at the casino: Egg whites and steamed broccoli, fish and vegetables, salad with chicken. I'm pretty careful of what I eat almost always and I really ought to be losing weight but its not working.

Start counting calories and measure your weight change from week to week(weight change should be strongly correlated with change in body fat if you're overweight). If you don't lose weight/fat eating X calories, then lower X by 10%. Keep doing this until you're losing 1 lb a week. For some people(myself included), eating healthy foods is not enough.

This is all true...keep in mind that the dieting is not enough...you must get 20-40 minutes of your heart rate up at least 3x a week altho every day is best- take a brisk 20 minute walk in the morning...this will speed up your metabolism ............eventually. <--waiting for that is the hard part!! Keep it up even tho you will see nearly zero results for a long time..then all of a sudden the extra weight will start to shed somewhat quicky like one poster said "a pound a week" or a couple pounds. GL!!!!!!!!
Also, it seems people that have been overweight for a long time seem to lose that weight slower than new fattys. Be patient

I am going to go on record stating that Kobe beef burgers are the biggest scam in the universe. That is all.

QFT- not for fat people! or for people over 30 usually.

I am not fat, in fact i eat like a football player and lose weight if i skip a meal! and i don't work out. yeah, i know,mybad- i just joined a gym and am starting that. MY point is that not everyone can lose weight by dieting, especially once the metabolism slows down usually around 30-ish
