theres def value in the river but youre playing 10 cent no limit, people will probably make mistakes

If seen a lot worse check behinds. The flop and turn are where it's played bad.

As far as 'mistakes people make at 10NL' go I think checking behind a set on a 4 straight board is pretty tame.

both hands are played terrible.

Thats not a bad check on the river, or there deffinately worse..
