Why do you underbet the flop?
I would bet 600 or check and see what happens on the turn.

your little probe bet is praying to get raised, id raise you w/o an ace here almost every time.

AQ might call a reraise, and I personally raise AJ UTG if the table is donktastic, though I wouldn't call your reraise here.
