i predict that if i call then at least one other player will call. so then i try to check it down? fold if the passive nit bets again. his AF is really low.

I call the flop. Don't like raise/folding given the co-ordinated board and the odds you get. If he's really this nitty I'm not sure you could call a push though.

Sample size?
