ballliinnn,
Sorry, 21+ at my place.

just so you know, casinos are 21+ for gambling only beacuse alcohol is served. that is why you only need to be 18 to play lottery and gamble at any casino that does not offer liquor, and in europe becasue there is no drinking age.

I actually didn't believe you, so I did some research and, well, you're mostly right (as far as CT is concerned).

According to some stuff I've come across, the CT casinos are 21+ for gambling not because alcohol is served, but because the Indian tribes felt 18 was too young. They likely chose 21 to coincide with the alcohol laws, but it seems to have been their decision, not the state's.
So you under 21's, blame the Pequots and Mohegans...they didn't want your business.

The rest of CT is 18 plus for lottery, charity casino nights, etc. I saw no mention of home poker games, but I assume as long as no rake it's also 18+

Thanks Infi3ld Fly. I had no idea....

mohegan id say is the most leanient. if i go there past 10 im never carded mostly because there done serving alcohol on weekdays. foxwoods i go with older friends and just walk in on the phone because there less likely to bother u, in my experience, and i dont look underage. i cant wait til sun gets the poker room, i cant stand foxwoods.prob the least friendly in terms of floor and dealers. imo, they should not be pooling tips

if there is a rake, your running an underground card room which is illegal. and if there 18, you have nothing to worry about. just the illegal card room lol

I'm out on 8/4, in the other 2 dates. I might be down to play at someone else's game but would be more interested if someone I know from one of the other games was gonna be there since I'm antisocial when I'm sober.
