Default QQ oop w/ ugly board

Villain is a mediocre tag (23/10/2 wtsd 35). I have the following notes on him:
"raised turn w/ tpnk in protected pot (A7)
peeled KQx flop 3 handed w/ 66"

5/10 Hold'em (6 handed)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG raises, 3 folds, Hero 3-bets, 1 fold, UTG calls.

Flop: (7 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, UTG calls.

Turn: (4.50 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero...

I like to check/call turn, if decides to bet the turn, then it is a definite check/fold UI on river. Not so sure how we handle him checking behind on turn, and then betting on the river when we check to him again, smallish pot so i'm guessing check/fold on both.

C/c turn; c/f river, IMO. Yeah he could have peeled light with 66 again but he'll rarely fire both streets with it, so you can even get a bet out of him when he's drawing to 1 out sometimes, and the rest of the time you're behind but with sufficient drawing odds.

c/c turn. You are behind and dont want it raised.

c/f river UI and bet/call any T, [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] or Q. Those are all scare cards for him and he will be checking behind a lot of hands that calls a bet.

What are your guys' thoughts on betting the turn to fold out a King? I do have a lot of outs if he calls and I'm not so sure he'd raise here with Ax given the board. I'd be putting in the same number of bets if I c/c'd.

He wont fold any of the Kx hands that are in his range. AK, KQ, KJ, KT are not folding. It is unlikely he raised K9 and below preflop.

He is only raising 10% of his hands and are opening from UTG. That means that he will have quite a good hand. AT-AK have u beat, KJ-KQ have u beat, He does not raise QJ U are only beating pocket 88-TT.
so c/c with your good flushouts seems fine. If he bet u fold when he bets the river UI. Improved u bet out.
Intressting is if he checks the turn, u miss, and he bets the river when u check again. Do we call here? does he have a lower pocketpair enough that he tries to bluff?
