Default Kings faced with all in on turn

Titan Poker $0.05/$0.10
Full Ring game
only 4 people including myself have bought in for the maximum. Villain has played 3 hands in 1 hour and doesnt raise much

Villain has $4.50 and is sitting one before the CO.

Hero is dealt K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and is UTG+1 with $15.60

Hero raises to $.40, folded to Villain who calls $0.40, CO folds, Button folds, SB folds, BB folds.

Flop ($0.95):
Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Hero bets $0.60, Villain calls

Turn ($2.15):
9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Hero bets $1.50, Villain raises to $3.50 and is all in.
Hero calls $2

Is this just an instant call am i being to much of a nit? (If thats the word to use)
The guy hadnt raised a hand in a while and it wasnt his usual style. Tell me what yous think

KJ, J8, 22, TT, 99, maybe even QQ are all possible holdings that have you beat. Two Pair would be a little bit out of his range if you say he's tight (calling preflop with QT, T9, Q9 is unlikely then).

Your pot odds are about 1 to 3.5 so there is no way to fold an overpair in that situation.
He might have you beat, but he might also just have some sort of draws or maybe AQ or KQ giving him toppair+gutshot.

Call.

If he just plays 3 hands/hour,then i dont see him calling here with Q 10 or J 8 or K J
I dont think that he jut flat calls QQ, so i think the worst case is a set of 2 s or 10 s .

Id call because of villains stack size, u just have 2 call 2$ in a 7$ pot.

whaaaaaaaaat ?

call here, he might just have tptk as shorties normally do - you have a few redraws as well however slim if you happen to be behind and your odds are fine in this situation. i call here and expect to win most of the time.
