Whats the way to get max value from a big hand especially late on in MTTs

So i have started to slip below average in the $10 rebuy and we are down to 60 odd runners.

whats my move?

1. Shove it in and hope someone calls

3. Flat call and take it away on the flop after a c/bet?

both players have been pretty active.

Please your views?

Given your stack size I stick it in especially if villians think you're capable of squeezing. Flat call gives the blinds better odds to call and would leave you with just a PSB for the flop. Raising to 64K looks fishy since it's 1/2 your stack.

There's already over 67K in the pot which is over 50% of your stack so I'd be happy pushing and either taking it there or getting called. A min reraise pretty much defines your hand and allows your opponets to only give you action if they've outflopped you.

thanks i get what your saying but at this late stage would there be an argument to flat call to ensure you get more action whereas pushing you are not guaranteed action?

Am i off target completely here, please let me know

I think this is a perfect spot to push all-in as it'll look like a squeeze and anything decent might call.

You don't ensure you get more action when called. There are a load of hands, which may call a shove, that may not put in another chip UI and OOP on a load of flops. There are also a reasonable number of hands which always fold to a shove that don't put in another chip, or not enough chips often enough, unless they outflop you. It's pretty rare to see a flop three, perhaps fourway, at this stage and even idiots will be somewhat wary.
