Default I decide to get tricky w/AA preflop and cry on the flop

Villian is 24/18/2.9 over 200 hands and has started 3-betting me light. No reason to think he'd start 4-betting me light either though. Didn't want to let AK/QQ/JJ off easy though so I didn't shove.

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($25.75)
MP ($96.00)
Button ($238.00)
SB ($48.00)
Hero ($166.75)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, Button raises to $3.50, 1 fold, Hero raises to $12.50, Button raises to $43.50, Hero calls $31.

Flop: ($87.50) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $196.50 (All-In), Hero

Edit: Would your flop decision change if you held the A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]?

I think preflop is okay, but flop is obviously a fold.

On a more serious note, flop is a very clear check/fold. Absolute worst possible case flop known to man for two black aces in a 4bet pot. The *worst*.

If I had the ace of diamonds, I would bet/call the flop. You're only like 60/40 to a set of kings, and he might payoff with AK and you avoid getting bluffed out by TT.

Yeah I basically threw my mouse against the wall when I saw this flop. I wanted to call out of spite and suck out with my 1-outer. =(

AK is a decent part of his range

you've really just gotta play AA like the nuts if you slowplay pf to make up for the missed value and under-repping your hand
