Default Combo draw vs donk

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($28.75)
Button ($41.75)
SB ($19.65)
Hero ($24.65)
UTG ($28.55)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $0.75</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero calls $0.50

Flop: ($1.60) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP bets $0.25</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $2</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $4</font>

This guy was a 60/35/2.3 after 175 hands. I know we are supposed to bet aggressively with combo draws, but that is against players who can lay down a hand. It is EV because of fold equity. His min-3bet is a sign of strength. Should I come back over the top or just call with the odds he's giving me and try to hit?

I like a call here and then reevaluate on the river

looks like he might have an overpair here and I'm farily sure he''s not the type to fold it.

call and see what the turn brings

just call here, against this opponent it's worthless to put in that much money.

i think we could get some problems on turn + river.

if we make our flush on the turn, it is unlikely that we get maximum value out of it.
gutshot would be payday tho.

In normal circumstances yiou don't really need FE with a big draw against an overpair because you are flipping and the pot odds make it profitable. Any FE, even a little bit, just makes it more profitable to push.

However, the fact that the board is paired makes things more complex. It may be a 60/40 situation and you do need FE for a push to be profitable. If you think he might fold 20% of the time or more then push, if not call.

BTW, I often just fold PF and sometimes fold to the 3-bet on the Flop. His line suggests that you could already be drawing to one out.

We got it in on the flop and he had J6 and it held up. In the future against this type of player I will just call with draws and wait for big hands to stack him with.
