Default NL100 HU Cash, Tough Spot OTR

Blocks is a decent regular, but he tends to tilt pretty easily. I've watched him play but don't have very much playing time with him. In the beginning of the match (about 100 hands so far) he was playing very nitty. I was LAG'ing it up from the button and taking down most pots with a c-bet.

Then, after about 50 hands, he started to loosen up and start 3-betting me light and c-betting a lot. He could be 3-betting me light here. How's my line, and what do you do OTR?

Turn is fine.
Easy call on river (this is easily 54/56 representing a king here or a straight enough times to make calling profitable).

parenthesis is wrong. Why would be bet a 5 trying to rep a K?... a straight?wtf

River is a call. If opponent is never bluffing here it's a call, and factoring in bluffs it's an easy call.
