Default 50 NL - Villain pushes my bottom 2 pair on the turn

Villain is unknown, I just sat down.

I often limp after a min-raise with SCs like this on the button when there are a lot of people in the pot. I know most people prefer to raise or fold, but I will (not often, however) play this kind of hand this way PF.

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $38.75
BB: $27.30
UTG: $55.85
MP: $51.60
CO: $37.40
Hero (BTN): $49.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $1.00</font>, MP calls $1.00, CO folds, Hero calls $1.00, SB folds, BB calls $0.50

Flop: ($4.25) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">UTG bets $2.50</font>, MP folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $7.00</font>, BB folds, UTG calls $4.50

Turn: ($18.25) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">UTG bets all-in for $47.85</font>, Hero...?

Does villain do this with anything less than 2 pair (one that beats mine)? I'm getting a little over 2:1 to call with 4 outs to improve. UTG did min-raise PF, so I'm thinking it could he likely has either a large PP (AA or KK) or decided that to randomly donk min-raise PF. Can I find a fold here or should I call?
