Default Jam or fold tables in \"The Mathematics of Poker\"

Apologies if this has been covered in the main thread but there are almost 400 posts in the topic and a search didn't reveal anything.

Would I be right in thinking, assuming their original hypotheses are correct:

1) That if I was to halve the numbers in the "attack" table it would give me the correct figures to jam from the button (assuming all fold to me)
2) That if I was to halve the numbers in the "defend" table it would give me the correct figures to call a jam from the blind?

Any thoughts welcomed.
